Location

Situated on the skirts of the mountain range on the coastal side of Crevillent mountains, the views from the location are fantastic.

Being coastal side to the mountains, the homes are within 5 minutes of the A7 Auto via (motorway) providing quick and easy access to the coast (15 minutes) and Alicante airport only 20 minutes away.

Structure: Concrete reinforced with forged unidirectional steel.
Insulated Walls: Walls of double hollow brick, with a cavity for ceramic insulation material. Interior walls allow for acoustic sensitive standard.
Ground Floors: Ground Floor: Marble. Bathrooms and Kitchen complete tiled finish to walls and floor.
Heating (Ground Floor): Under-floor heating is allowed for in the living rooms
  Bathrooms which will be completely tiled, have floor to ceiling towel heaters.

Air conditioning: On both floors but with 2 independent systems for day and night use.
Internal Carpentry & Cabinetry: Doors will be made of solid Oak. The doors to the lounge area will be sliding and inverted into recesses in the wall (Pocket doors).
External Doors: External sliding doors will be of steel and aluminium construction with a brushed “wood” finish. Security Grills to opening doors would also be sliding and inverted into recesses within the walls (Pocket doors).
Water: Mains plus there will be a 50,000 litre reserve water tank.

The staircase:

Constructed using marble.
Utilities: Telephone, TV and FM points in each Room.
Bathrooms: To be designed and installed by Roca. Take a look at the Quality {.Roca.}
Kitchen: To be independently designed to “American” standard.
Windows:

Climalit (Spanish for double glazing) of 4mm+6mm gap+4mm combination.

The Tower: Will be glass topped where two domes of glass will allow masses of natural light to enter this featured space and flood down through the galleried first floor to the ground floor reception area.
The Facades: Will be one layer of rasped concrete so as to avoid any maintenance problems. The colour will be contrasted to emphasise the middle portion of the Villa.
Swimming Pool: 12M X 6M.
Gardens and Terracing: To be designed and landscaped.
Pool house and store as well as BBQ area and external showers and toilets are all included.
