Purpose-built international, bilingual, co-educational
day school for
children 3-18 years. The school is a non-profit
company, parents buy shares when their children enter,
and are reimbursed on leaving. 620 students and 62
fully-qualified and experienced graduate staff.
Courses follow the guidelines of both the British
national curriculum and the Spanish LOGSE. The school
is authorized to convalidate
in
the Upper School the international qualifications of
IGCSE and IB with the Spanish national awards of ESO,

The Benalmadena International College is
situated in Nueva Torrequebrada, just off the N-340
coast road, between Benalmadena and Fuengirola.
Nueva Torrequebrada is a new, exclusive urbanisation
just metres from the sea and an established golf
course.
The
College has just completed its first phase in
development and consists of school building,
cafeteria and sports pitches. The second phase,
which will start in 2006, will include an extra

Sunland International School opened
in
September 2001 on a spacious countryside campus close to Cartama
Estacion, near Malaga University and the Scientific and
Technological Park of Andalucia. The School is no more than 25
minutes from eastern and central Malaga, Torremolinos, Benalmadena-Costa,
Churriana, Alhaurin, Pizarra or Coin. Sunland offers an
international curriculum, and will seek authorization to offer the
Primary Years (PYP), Middle Years (MYP) and IB Diploma Programs of
the International Baccalaureate Organization. English is the primary
language of instruction, plus Spanish language and other courses
in
line with Ministry of Education guidelines. The School will offer
Early Years and Primary classes for 3 to 9 year olds
