- CREVILLENT MONTANA -
Under
construction right now is Crevillent Montana
with the show house, Hacienda Olivia, ready for occupancy in
December 2007. This wonderful 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom villa, will
have a minimum finished value of 1 Million Euros, includes a
large basement office, home cinema, sauna, Jacuzzi and utility area.
The extensive, fully fitted kitchen overlooks spectacular views of
mountains and sea, as well as the garden designed by London garden
designer Susan Wainwright of Honey’s Design and Construction Ltd,
master garden builders. The centre of the house has a light well
from floor to roof, flooding the interior with light, but not with
heat. The house is planned for all year occupancy, with fireplaces
and under floor heating for the few cooler months.
Two further plots
on this site are sold and under development in early 2008, and the
remaining 3 plots are available for viewing.
We have local
architects to design a house to your brief. The remaining 3 acre
plots will have access and services supplied and include outline
planning permission to build luxury houses of 6-9000 ft² (2-3000m²)
with private pool. A communal tennis court is included in the
development.
Plot price is
€220,000 with build costs of between 800-1000 Euros per sq metre
dependent on design and finish.

Our second site
has two potential entry levels.

the initial preparation of a second tranche of land near to
Crevillent Montana. This entry level is for seed-corn investors
who are prepared to wait for the necessary segregation
permissions to be passed before seeing a first level return on
their investment.

You may wish to wait until the segregated plots
are ready for development and buy a plot with building
License granted.
Crevillent Valle
is virgin land of 102,000 m² (10 hectares or 25 acres) which will
yield 8 plots for similar size villas to our Crevillent Montana
site.
RETURN ON INVESTMENT
Investors will
see ROI from two areas: the appreciation of plot value once
segregated or a greater return from holding the investment to the
second phase when they can either build for themselves or build and
sell a unique, luxury villa. The latter gives a margin not only on
the plot but also a similar profit on the build.
As both sites sit
just below an area of outstanding natural beauty in the Crevillent
Mountain National Park, we are designing all our builds to blend
with the landscape and reflect the most up-to-date ecologically
sound principles. The Crevillent Valle project will seek to reduce
carbon footprints and focus on creating a sustainable and
eco-friendly development. We believe the landscaping of this area to
be of extreme importance.
This site sits
below the mountains that form the border of the national park and so
there cannot be development behind the properties. In front the land
faces the sea, lower mountains and sits within a hilly area with

enormous. The area is quiet and secluded but not too far off the
